TLDR: For the price point, the place is just not worth it if you're looking for a good authentic Chinese restaurant due to its slow service and negligent staff and honestly average tasting food. I went to this location 2 months back and had a pretty disappointing service but brushed it off as probably a 'one time' issue. However, i went here again yesterday and things were even worse. We were a group of 3 and were assigned a dingy corner table. We had to wait for 15 minutes just to have the table cleaned from the last customer. Then another 15 minutes to have our order placed. It took a total of 40 minutes after placing our order for the staff to serve us our soup and starter (which, by the way, was beyond oily and bland). Then we had to wait another 25 minutes for our main course to be served. The staff was polite however extremely unprofessional and slow with their service. Even the dishes and cutlery in which we were served our food, looked as if they were a decade old. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

*The quantity of the food you sent was less than expected. *Also, the Chicken Fried Rice had only egg, with no chicken in it. We have attached a photo with the timestamp below.* *It’s better to shut down Nanking's restaurant in Nagpur because they are running it without proper communication. We had mentioned some conditions in the notes, but they ignored them and sent the order as they pleased.* *Zomato providing service to such restaurants will only harm your reputation. We are highly disappointed with this experience.
