Very disappointing experience at Nandhana Palace. We were served spoiled/rotten meat starters, which is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to food safety.What made the experience worse was that we were repeatedly insisted to order platters instead of choosing items from the à la carte menu. We trusted the restaurant and expected fresh, hygienic food, but what we experienced was extremely concerning.Food safety should never be compromised. We hope the management takes this complaint seriously, investigates what happened, and ensures this does not happen to anyone else.
