Sorry not able to meet you. I went out for a personal work. But before going out I checked all the items. Without tasting we never let any items on the table. We hope you had a nice meal. The person sat in your opposite table wanted to have fish meals for Rs100. Our staff told fish meals Rs170. Veg., meal comes with sambar, rasam, vathakulambu, buttermilk for Rs100. So he ordered fish fry with fish curry and intentionally raised that the fish was stale . We checked twice before sending to table. I personally did on that day also. We continued the same fish for the rest of our customers. No one has complained about the fish. Then how come the Person sitting on your opposite table could tell this. We are always unique in our preparation and service. 100% homemade masalas that never hurts your stomach in anyways. We are very strong about that. We never gave any hype about our food. The YouTube channel head is not known before reaching us. He was an unknown person earlier. We don't know about others. We are not adding any artificial taste enhancers to improve the taste. We never told we are giving lip- smacking food. We used to tell we are preparing food with homemade masalas with authentic taste. Even the authentic taste differs depending on the person. We will try improve our atmosphere as you mentioned sir. We will provide Appalam for all meals. Might be my veg., chef had stucked with other work. Sorry for the inconvenience. But we are serving all non-veg meals with 2 veg., side dishes , Appalam and pickle. Your valuable points are noted and we will try to rectify(ambience, Appalam issue).
