First i ask sorry about it mam - it's not old fish in look wise while I purchase it today - so that we couldn't identify it .. ! Also once u informed us about food quality - we paid back your amount right. !! I used to say all my beloved customers - if the fried fish is not good in quality - then kindly inform us immediately - bcz we are purchasing daily from our regular suppliers only - look wise we select good fishes only - but some fishes may b looks good and taste gone bad due to iced stock or else chippi eaten fish may smell like awkward even its look fresh!! We have faced this issues rarely..! Either we shall replace the food or else return money for sure !! But we never like to give rotten fishes !! Hope to serve you the best always!
