Its a good vegetarian place and the items are standardised with good ingredients. Service is quick and efficient. I even had a order taker with a smile on her face. We recently had lunch at Nalpak Restaurant, ordering the Meal (thali) and Bisi Bele Bath. Unfortunately, the quantity served for both the rice and bath was very disappointing. This was our second or third visit, and we noticed a consistent issue with portion sizes. When we raised our concerns with the server and manager, their responses were unsatisfactory.

Overall, the experience felt like poor value for money. The taste was average, and there seems to be a lack of understanding about proper food service, which is a basic expectation for any dining experience.
