Went to hotel Nagarjuna – Residency Road yesterday evening, and the food absolutely lived up to the expectations. The Andhra meals and biryani were bursting with authentic flavors—spicy, rich, and just the way it should be. Portions were generous and service was impressively quick. What stood out even more was the staff — really welcoming, polite, and genuinely warm in their approach. From the moment we entered to the time we left, they made sure we were comfortable and looked after. The only downside was the crowd — the place was quite packed and felt a bit suffocating at times. It’s clearly a popular spot, but better ventilation would go a long way in improving the overall experience. Still, for the quality of food and the hospitality, it’s a solid 4-star place. Would definitely go again—just maybe during a quieter hour next time! Extremely Disappointing Very bad experience. We were made to wait far too long without anyone attending to us. Another family who came at the same time already got their food while we were still waiting — not acceptable. The service was completely unresponsive and careless. The seating was uncomfortable — the table and sofa height didn’t match properly, making it very awkward to eat. On top of that, the food was not worth the price at all — both taste and quality were disappointing. For such high prices, I expected at least decent service, but it was overall a very poor experience. Definitely not visiting again. Such a clean and well maintained restaurant. Every food ordered was above expectations and very tasty. The Andhra special biryani was tasty, the lollipop chicken was spicy and fantastic, the chicken noodles was excellent. The quantity of food is good value for money, even the play area for kids was very clean and neat. The staff were so pleasant and very welcoming. Overall such a memorable experience and great food. A must visit anytime en route to Bangalore. Very impressive
