NBK Refreshment Room in Calicut has a lovely ambiance and serves good food. However, there's a drawback - the service is slow, and it takes a long time to get your food. We had to wait for almost half an hour to receive our order. Additionally, the waiters seem unattentive and don't bother to check on you. Despite the tasty food, the slow service and inattentive staff might deter you from visiting again. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
