All the food items, in particular boiled banana is kept open. Coustomers keep on handling the food with bare HANDS and keep them back in the tray, which the next person eats. ALL'FOOD MUST BE KEPT HOUSEFLY FREE AWAY FROM COUSTOMER REACH. TO SUM UP NEED TO BE MORE HYGIENIC.
