The restaurant is an upscale place, where you can enjoy a great meal. The food we ordered was very tasty. The menu is not as big, but offers enough to choose from. They also have daily specials available as well. The restaurant has a beautiful, modern design. It is located on the first floor. At the moment it's not accessible for wheelchair users, but there is a lift work in progress as I saw, so hopefully in the near future. Everything was great, but service needs a bit of improvement. If a guest orders a starter, the starter has to come before the main course, not during or after it. Also, if you serve a couple or more people, their main course should be served at the same time, not with a half hour difference. These are just basic rules of service to be followed, especially in a restaurant like this one. I had an amazing experience at Naura Bistro Cafe in Kannur! We ordered Ribeye, Korean Fried Chicken with Sweet Chili Sauce, and Chicken Alfredo Pasta, and all of them were absolutely delicious. The Korean Fried Chicken was especially outstanding, with a perfect balance of crispy texture and sweet, spicy flavor. The cafe is located on the first floor of the building, and the ambience is beautiful and cozy, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. While the food is a bit on the costly side, it’s definitely worth it for the taste and quality. Although there is no dedicated parking space, you can find parking nearby. The service was good, and the staff was attentive. I highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys steaks and unique, flavorful dishes. Definitely a must-visit spot in Kannur!
