So happy.. I ordered a customized cake of paw patrol theme for ma 5 year old son.. He was so happy and excited.. It was beyond expectations.. Thank you so much for making his day so special..

Very Disappointed. Ordered a tender coconut cake with strawberry icing and donuts for my daughters half birthday party.The order was given 6 days before the date of delivery. 1.While pickup, the cake toping was noticed to be"happy birthday" in silver where the order was "Half way to one" in golden.When all details already shared though whatsapp were shown, the manager and chef took back the cake and came back with writing on the side of the cake, which made it so aesthetically worst.And had to ask them to remove the writing. The entire pickup made us wait for more than 45 minutes with our baby and our entire party was delayed. 2. Donuts that were ordered required pink in different shades with multicolour sprinkles as toppings. On checking while pick up, all donuts were of the same pink shade and with only silver and pink ball topping.When asked why, they said they don't add those as it has colours, which was not mentioned while receiving the order. 3.The cake had very little cake part and had mammoth amount of icing, which no one liked. 4.The donuts were dense and hard and the pink topping had also turned hard on receiving and the taste wasn't upto the mark. 5. On enquiring about all the confusions, the manager put all the blame on us for directly contacting the chef. If the orders are to go through the manager only, then why is the chef's number kept first in the patisserie's poster?
