Atleast show some courtesy to send a 200 rs drink in a proper bottle. The cheap paper cup leaked by the time it reached here. And the latte was so sour tasting. Not worth the money at all.

Read this review before visiting this review of a frequent customer: Disappointing Experience – Just Loaf Perintalmanna Has Lost Its Touch I never thought I would have to write a review like this for Just Loaf Perintalmanna, a place I’ve been loyal to since they opened in November 2020. I have been a regular visitor, recommended this spot to friends and family, and even got to know their Customer Success Director, Manager, and a few of their founders personally. This used to be my favorite go-to place, but today’s experience was utterly disappointing. I ordered Cajun fries, Chocolatier, and Lotus Drama Cheesecake. To start with, the fries and Chocolatier were a complete failure. The Chocolatier, which was once rich in taste, now tasted like an ordinary milkshake you’d find in any basic bakery. The cheesecake, known for its consistent quality over the past 4 years, was served in a melted form, although the texture was somewhat right. The final blow was the shocking price hike. In just two and a half months, the prices have surged drastically – ₹70 more for the cheesecake, ₹30 more for the fries, and ₹70 more for the Chocolatier (which isn’t even worth the price anymore). Just Loaf was once celebrated for its affordable and delicious food, but they’ve completely lost their touch and value for money. It’s truly disheartening to see how far they’ve fallen. If they continue down this path, they’ll lose more loyal customers like me. I honestly can’t recommend this place anymore. Think twice before visiting – they’re no longer the same. Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
