we ordered dest chowmin,there was no salt ,it was under cooked and there was no flavor at all.

Too oily. This was after cooking request to have less oil. Boneless tikka pieces (that's not home style) instead of pieces with bone. Thick, uncooked onion slices making up the curry were also odd and not home-style.
