Great place to go with family. The rooms and tents are really good. The place is really good if you are looking for a place with calm and quiet area enjoying the nature, and also if you are planning for a remote work the place is really cool as it have proper network coverage. Service: 5

I booked the hotel by calling them and giving 25% advance money. Just the day before the stay, I called them to confirm the stay and came to know they didn't actually book the room they confirmed me long back, due to a mistake at their end. So they offered me a different room, with no reduction in price. Even though I was not completely fine, there was no way left for me to get another hotel at that time. So, I accommodated their issue. The next day my daughter became ill and we had to cancel the Munnar trip and directly come back home without completing the trip. When I called them ASAP in the morning to cancel the booking, they changed the tone and refused to give any refund. Even though I accommodated their side of the issue just a day earlier, they completely ignored a genuine problem at my side. Didn't expect this behaviour. Service: 1
