Mundro Riverside Restaurant came highly recommended on Google, and it seems to cater well to locals while being very affordable. For four people, we paid just 600 rupees, which is a great deal. The food is served on banana leaves directly from pots, which adds an authentic touch. However, as tourists, we found the flavors and presentation a bit challenging to appreciate fully. Great value for money! We had thali with fish curry which was plentiful, varied and delicious. We also ordered fish fry on the side which I highly recommend. Get there early to beat the lunch crowds!
