This is honestly the worst café experience I’ve ever had in Kochi. I recently visited this place for an art workshop we were hosting. We had already booked the slot, trusting their service, and that was our biggest mistake. When we arrived, there was only one staff member present, and the behavior was unbelievably Bad. When we tried to order something, they said only coffee was available. The “starter juice” they gave us was so bad that I honestly feel even a roadside shop would have served something far better. At least from there, you’d get something fresh. The snacks? I don’t even know how many days old they wereit didn’t feel safe to eat at all. And when we decided to raise this with the café manager, guess what? They just ignored our calls. When we were booking, they were always available, always answering, but the moment we wanted to share feedback, no response at all. Is this what customer responsibility means for them? I’ll also be posting the images I have here so people can see the reality. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. For me, this is one of the worst cafés in Kochi

Mua resto cafe is a cool cozy vibe cafe with a good atmosphere. We ordered cappuccino, Alfredo pasta and beef tenderloin steak. The steak was really tasty and cooked as per the directions especially the sauce coming with that. The pasta was also good. The charges are very normal and they got a good atmosphere in a studio style themed cafe Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
