Really good shawarma joint that sells lebanese shawarmas which are really close to the original. Their shawarma has loads of chicken, french fries, pickles and toum!! I was on a hunt to find restaurants that try to keep flavours as authentic as possible. I would definitely recommend this for NRIs/Ex NRIs or anyone interested in eating authentic flavours instead of the spice overloaded versions with mayonnaise that we get in Kerala usually. This place really understands that chilli explosion isn't always the real metric of flavor. If you want to experience the closest to original flavour please mention specifically that you don't want mayonnaise and instead only garlic paste. However, the few downsides i noticed were: 1) Parking is a bit difficult. (Not impossible though) 2)The toum (Garlic paste) can be a bit too strong. 3)Fans weren't working when I went. P.S. Might be just a one time thing. I had their Chicken Wrap and their Chicken Shawarma.One major issue about this place is the parking which was really hard to find.The Chicken wrap was really good.I had the Chicken Wrap a few days ago and now I tried the Chicken Shawarma which was easily the best thing here.The Shawarma was absolutely authentic it had proper Kubuz not the Rumali Roti one.It was a really unique tasting Shawarma and felt very different from other Shawarma Brands like Altaza.(In a good way).As I said the only issue is the parking. "Amazing experience at Pitaworks! The manager and staffs were incredibly friendly, and their service were great to assist. The main thing that stand out was the quick food serving time. The mexican shawarma and prime wings I ate was delicious, fresh, and flavorful! Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.
