We went for breakfast to this little "hole in the wall" place. The service was lackluster, inattentive and absolutely not bothered. We ordered a rasam Idli and a ghee podi idli and got a idli sambhar instead. The food quality was good, the taste was authentic, but however the servers had got the order wrong. We realised this once the ghee podi idli came (and as it was served with sambhar) When we spoke to the server he was apologetic and decided to change the order, but we relented and instead decided to get a Rasam wada also. Again, the food was excellent, the taste was authentic, but little did we know we were in for a shock. As we ate the wada, we FOUND AN INSECT IN IT. Totally put off, we paid the bill and left. This place has potential, but the management and the hygiene has a lot to answer for. All in all, a disappointing experience for a place that we were really looking forward to.
