We visited The Basil Deck, Lulla Nagar for the first time and absolutely loved the experience. The food was amazing — from the soup, starters, pizza, and main course to the desserts, everything was delicious and full of flavour. The ambience is very pleasant, and the staff is extremely cooperative and attentive. A special mention to the owner, Mehul, who was kind, courteous, and personally ensured that every customer felt welcomed and well taken care of. We were so impressed that we visited again within the same week, and once again the experience was outstanding. Not a single dish had artificial colouring — everything tasted fresh, natural, and wholesome. Good taste. But I found it very expensive. Like they have 5star like rates but not a 5 star ambience. Their service is terrible like we literally cancelled our main course and they didn’t care! Go if you have patience. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
