I’ve been ordering the paneer pizza sandwich from here for a while, but unfortunately, the last 2-3 times have been really disappointing. The food arrived cold, and this time the sandwich even had a strange, unpleasant smell. It felt stale and not at all fresh. It’s frustrating because I used to enjoy it earlier, but the consistency has really gone down. I hope the team seriously looks into quality control and ensures proper packaging and freshness during delivery. Absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered a pizza and received it in an open, unsealed box with a dead fly and mosquito inside. The pizza was ice cold, clearly not fresh — it felt like it had come straight out of a fridge. This is not just poor service, it’s a serious health hazard. I’m shocked that such unhygienic food is being delivered through a platform like Zomato. If this happens again, I will escalate the matter further. Mr. Sandwich is a popular name in Udaipur, known for their delicious sandwiches and has grown from a small outlet to a larger food establishment. I visited after a long time and appreciated the cozy seating and nice ambiance, making it enjoyable to try not only sandwiches but other items on the menu. However, my recent experience was average as my corn pizza sandwich was over-crispy and tasted burnt. They couldn't change it as it was the last order of the night, but they offered a discount as compensation. I hope for a better experience next time.
