I am disappointed with the service at KFC in Inox Mall, Udaipur. The experience was extremely unpleasant. The staff, especially a girl named Malika, were extremely rude and unprofessional. No courtesy in conversation, no attempt to welcome customers. It felt as if we were being ignored rather than served. I have been to several KFC outlets, but this one was disappointing. I will not be coming back. Management should seriously consider staff training and customer service standards. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Worst quality chicken I’ve had at a KFC. Not cleaned properly, popcorn-sized wings, and even uncooked pieces. The double chicken roll was tiny and totally not worth the price. Very less quantity for the money charged. Totally disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400
