Visited this restaurant long back. Ambience was good, food quality was good. Overall great experience. I heard it is temperorly closed due to renovation.

This place should be blacklisted from zomato platform. They accept order and forget to deliver. Happened this thing twice. Zomato should take note of this.

Moti Mahal Grand is situated in Sector 15 of CBD, Belapur where you can find plenty of other restaurants. This was my second visit to this place in past 10 yrs and I was amused to see nothing has changed. I was once again disappointed by the overall experience. Ambience of Moti Mahal Grand is very good but than you can find unwanted guests such as mosquitoes ????. Staff was very courteous but than they lack skills in serving and to top it up they forget to bring one of our orders. We ordered chicken Shorba, tandoori chicken, butter chicken, Naan , Dal tadka and rice. Though butter chicken was good but chicken tandoori was very very dry. Dal tadka was awesome but rice was not cooked properly. Since my dinning on Sunday evening was royally ruined, i didn't complain much and regretted my decision of coming back to Moti Mahal Grand. I would not recommend this place to anyone until and unless they start providing free food to everyone.????????????????????????????
