I had a good experience at the Moti Mahal outlet. The service was very good and the atmosphere was excellent, especially considering that this outlet is still new. However, I feel there is room for improvement in the taste of the food. For comparison, the Ranchi, Jharkhand outlet serves the best when it comes to flavor. With a little enhancement in taste, this outlet can truly match the overall great service and ambiance it already offers. I’m giving 4 stars overall to Motimahal Bettiah because the service is good, but it doesn’t reach some areas, especially certain villages. The place itself is very nice and well-managed, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It’s a reliable service and I’ve had a good experience using it. If the service becomes available in those areas, I would definitely give 5 stars. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Mr. Jai Singh as a Senior Captain in Moti Mahal, Bettiah. I am totally Disappointed with this guy (He ia very rude and arrguemental people) He doesn't even know how to talk to the Client’s and his attitude looks so negative. It seems as if he will kill the person in front of him right now. I had paneer for the fourth time in a row and it was way too sweet. And Mr. Jai (said i am tour captain in this Restro tell me what’s the problem. After explaining the whole problem, he started arguing a lot and his way of talking was full of attitude. I would never want to sit in this restaurant again or even make my family sit there, only because of this person. I will also suggest my friends and colleagues to never go to Moti Mahal because the Mr. Jai (Senior Captain) here is very rude and has a very attitude. He has absolutely no manners of talking, how should one talk? Thanks.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
