As a frequent patron of your restaurant, I've noticed inconsistencies in the food quality. Sometimes it's exceptional, other times, unfortunately, it's quite disappointing. Today, the paneer was excessively spicy, and the roti was unpleasantly tough. Your restaurant has the potential to be the best vegetarian restaurant in the area, but achieving consistency in taste is crucial. I'll reconsider my rating in a month; if the quality improves, I will update my review. Otherwise, I may have to take my business elsewhere. I recently visited this sweet shop hoping for a good experience, but was quite disappointed. They charge an unusually high price of ₹450 per kg for chenna sweets, which have an average taste. Comparable shops like Hariom Sweets in Hajarimal sell similar sweets for ₹260 per kg, so the pricing here feels excessive for what you get. To make matters worse, the behavior of the owner and staff was unprofessional and full of attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially when there are better options nearby in terms of quality, price, and service. Edit: Response to the restaurant for your reply. Could you please let me know when I can arrange a visit to your kitchen or workshop? I’d also like to view your inventory room and I intend to document everything on video. Additionally, I’d like to address a past experience. I have been a long-time customer, regularly enjoying your burgers. However, around six months ago, I visited your eatery and ordered a burger, which was quite disappointing. It only had a patty and a slice of tomato. When I shared my feedback with the owner, his response was, “Everyone else likes it; only you didn’t?” This response felt dismissive, especially since I’ve tasted burgers across many parts and cities of India. I replied, “People in Bettiah may not know the real taste, which is why they accept what’s served.” In summary, it may be possible to please a dissatisfied customer once, but not one who has had two poor experiences. Must visit the workshop of the place you are buying sweets for 260rs if they are ready to show you . Then we will show you the process of preparation of how we make sweets . We know what quality product we are using for making sweets and the Hygiene we maintain in making it . We don’t know what other shops are selling and at what price . We set the price accordingly the expense we get in making .
