The food arrived in packaging that was not securely sealed, which is simply unacceptable. Such openable packaging raises concerns about hygiene and the overall safety of the meal. It’s disappointing to receive food in a state that clearly doesn’t meet basic standards of quality or care. This is not the level of service I expected.
