Visited Country Inn & Suites for lunch at the Mosaic restaurant and had a delightful experience overall. The ambience was warm and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for a relaxed meal. We started with tomato basil soup and chicken manchow soup, both flavorful and comforting, accompanied by garlic bread. The cocktails—pina colada, pomtini, blue-eyed baby, and golden dream—were well-made, though unfortunately served quite late. This delay also affected the flow of our starters—mushroom pepper and chicken uruval—which were delicious but arrived before the drinks. For the main course, the neer dosa with mushroom ghee roast stood out with rich, authentic flavors, and the chicken biryani, while aromatic and satisfying, was a bit on the salty side.
