Coming on to the food items which i tried here:
1)CRISPY FRIED QUINOA CAKE:This was crispy fried quinoa topped with red sauce,the cake was well fried and had a nice crunch but was too oily but still the flavours were coming good on palate.
2)CHICKEN STUFFED WITH SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE:This was boneless chicken stuffed with soinach and artichoke,the chicken was stuffed and served with mashed potatoes and the taste was really good.
3)SALMON STEAK ON STONE WITH MEDITERRANEAN COUSCOUS:This was a unique dish this was salmon steak served on white stone,the stone keeps on cooking the fish and gives it a nice flavour,the dish is to had as soon as the dish comes on your table as it gets cooked and salted.
4)VANILLA PANNACOTTA, ORANGE AND PINK PEPPER CORN gastrique:This was properly set pannacotta with orange cube and a balanced sweetness.
