Visited Lost Recipes, Wakad and tried their Benarasi Chicken Thaali Special along with Litti Chokha — and it was such a comforting, soulful experience. The Benarasi chicken had beautiful, authentic flavours — mildly spiced, aromatic, and cooked perfectly. The thaali felt wholesome and well-balanced, giving a true taste of Banaras.
