Very very low quality of Biryani order received. We had visited the restaurant 2-3 times and have enjoyed the food & ambience. 1st time we have ordered food from Copa cabana through Zomato. After opening the parcel only the biryani is not received of good quality got to know. It was like chicken curry & rice is served. Too spicy, no aroma, small pieces of chicken. Felt very depressed after receiving the biryani. Not expected this type of biryani from the restaurant.

I have visited the restaurant yesterday here is my review:Hospitality : I have booked the table through Zomato by paying advance money and specifically mentioned required HUT. After reaching to restaurant found out, restaurant team were not reserved any table and top of that they said they serve in HUT for more than 04 people. When I raised the query that you should inform before if the service is not available. The management simply said, talk to zomato they are not responsible at all and they just walked away. Rest team is not even reserved any table. Even I do not have choice at night to check other restaurants I continued to be there.. Rest. team gave a random table which I was at all happy. Requesting both zomato and Rest team, when you charge on the name of customer service then please be responsible to provide the same. Dont just enjoy on their money.Food : Food is very good in taste but it shadowed with experience received during hospitality.
