Generally, I hate posting anything negative about a Restaurant, where the food is good. Something which is completely unacceptable when you go out with family on a weekend after a hard week’s work is an impolite and hostile staff. This was the case on my visit to Copacabana this Sunday. We enjoyed the food and the drink, however, the staff was found to be very uncooperative and impolite. When I raised this to the manager, he said it’s okay since it is a Sunday evening. This alarmed me further where the manager allows the staff to be hostile. The above is purely my experience so will not put it as a norm against the restaurant. Food quality and ambience was really good so good marks on that. Areas of improvement: - The upholstery on the sofa chairs is worn out and makes it look less premium. - Staff should be cooperative and polite no matter the rush hours. - The Water in the pond area can be cleaned more regularly.
