Indian cuisine is recommended to try at this restaurant. It's a pleasant experience to order perfectly cooked kali, onion naan and paneer tikka. Good ice cream, mango dessert and kulfi are the tastiest dishes. At Bharat Bhavan, clients can drink delicious whiskey or good cordial. Degust great juice, coffee or lassi.

Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior I observed on 2n Nov 2023. I went their with my family along with 2 year old Child. First of all they do not have any child friendly Manu. They do not have fries, Pizzas, or anything usually child demands. I requested them to allow me and bring French fries from BK next to bharat bhuvan, They have denied. I mean who does business this way!! They did not allowed my child to eat outside food in their premises. I was not expecting any exemption of "out side food" for any adult member of my family. It was just for 2 year old kid.
So with same rudeness I denied to have dinner in this hotel.

2nd thing, with Manu card they will enforce you to pay service charges 10% with the word "MANDATORY". They do not care what government rules says. If you want to eat here, you have to pay additional 10% "MANDATORY"

So it is better to stay away from such hotels, who do not care about of your child and who do not obey to government rules.

First of all, we didnt find many options in north indian vegetarian food. I believe this place is more suitable for non vegetarians. Overall very limited options for starters, main course etc. Now, the bad part of our visit to this place. They literally forced us to pay 10% service charge. The staff was quite rude in making us pay the amount. As per the Central consumer protection authority guidelines, restaurants n hotels should not levy service charge separately but, many restaurants still do it. The matter is subjudice. On one side they asked us if there was any issue with the service which meant that this charge should be on our discretion but, on the other hand they put this charge in the bill and then argued with yus to prove why they should not charge it. Moreover, they said that they had clearly mentioned in the menu and a notice at the gate.
We visit many restaurants and whenever we insisted the staff politely removed the service charge and never asked any question. It proves that this charge is solely at customer's discretion. At these places also notices were displayed about service charges. But, at Bharat Bhavan, customer experience seems to be of least importance. Not one but, three staff members kept arguing with us to pay the charges. We paid and left the place with a very bitter experience and vowed not to visit again.

Food is not prepared as menu Awadhi has no Awadhi taste service is bad no body is bothered and service tax is charged without prior information which is absolutely wrong
