Utterly unprofessional. The guys are so careless to take the cake order over the phone. And we had to call 20-25 times to change the order which they finally said can’t be changed. He was so rude to say cancel the order he wont place a new order for us. He’s putting the blame for their inability to accept our calls on us saying that’s our problem not his and they wont serve us anymore. Pathetic.

The lady owner of this shop is so rude and misbehaved...She don't have a basic manners of talking with customers. She talked in such a manner that she is selling everything for free. Idiot lady.
