Visited this outlet today and had a disappointing experience. The staff seemed very careless and absent-minded. I paid for my order, and the girl at the counter gave me the bill without adding my visit to the rewards program. When I asked about it, she just said the bill was already printed and it couldn’t be changed — and then completely ignored me after that. Mistakes can happen, but not even acknowledging it and acting like it doesn’t matter is really unprofessional. I’ve been visiting Baskin Robbins for years, but this was by far the worst service I’ve seen.

Same complex as Ratna Sagar so after having food have desert here our recommendation.

Staff as per the area is pretty good and helpful in case you need to know about places to visit later and surroundings.

Menu is as per standard Baskin Robbins format, ambiance refined considering the layout.
