Visited this outlet today and had a disappointing experience. The staff seemed very careless and absent-minded. I paid for my order, and the girl at the counter gave me the bill without adding my visit to the rewards program. When I asked about it, she just said the bill was already printed and it couldn’t be changed — and then completely ignored me after that. Mistakes can happen, but not even acknowledging it and acting like it doesn’t matter is really unprofessional. I’ve been visiting Baskin Robbins for years, but this was by far the worst service I’ve seen.

BR has a good amount of varieties. Very small and congested space for people in the shop. Only 6 chairs are available to seat Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
