Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I visited the Monginis outlet to buy a Dutch Truffle cake. The shopkeeper insisted it was fresh and literally pushed me to take it. Trusting his word, I bought it. But when we cut the cake at home, it was stale beyond acceptable limits — dry, hard, and tasted like it was 2–3 days old at the very least. This is completely unacceptable, especially from a reputed brand like Monginis. If you're charging full price, the least you can do is ensure quality and honesty. Selling stale cakes by convincing customers it’s fresh is not just bad business — it’s unethical. Copy pasting an apology from the internet isn't a new thing, half of the items kept on the rack shelf were expired. And I ain't the first one to give such kind of review, you have had others reporting these issues too, and yet nothing has changed. What are you doing to resolve these issues? You guys are just habitual to serving bad food, Monginis is just a name, no quality at all. I won’t be visiting this outlet again, and I strongly urge others to check before buying. They gave me a spoiled cake. It wasn’t a fresh cake , when i came back to complain about it the shop keeper was arguing he was not accepting that it wasn’t fresh and didn’t get refund or replacement of the cake they are just selling They don’t sell fresh cakes. Lovely experience at monginis cake shop in jangid circle. it's like my all family member birthday party is nothing without here. Than important thing the shopkeeper give you best service they suggest you cake
