Absolutely loved my dining experience here! The staff is incredibly courteous, and the service is prompt and attentive, making you feel truly valued as a guest. The food is outstanding—Cheese Chilly was perfectly spiced and flavorful, and the unique Naanza is a must-try for anyone who loves creative dishes. The fish dishes stand out for their authenticity and rich taste, showcasing the chef’s expertise in traditional flavors. Overall, a delightful experience with great food and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!

We decided to give this restaurant a try looking at the ratings online but a lot of things went wrong with our experience:1. Starting off with food, we ordered chicken popcorn and butter garlic prawns, both of which tasted stale. Rest of the order - schezwan, singapore rice, chicken tikka masala, cheesy crackers - was good.2. Charges on side dishes were exorbitant - we ended up getting a plate of chakli for ₹100 each (ik, ironic during diwali when faraal is supposed to be free).3. Service took long with some items being missed altogether. Would have been a huge bummer if one has limited time available.4. Towards the end of it, a manager who was nowhere to be seen before walked in to complete the billing since I was paying through the app. He wanted to match the app discount offline but was visibly upset when the app discount was higher. Once settled, he asked for a diwali tip and ended up asking for more. It became more chaotic with them arguing that we might have ordered alcohol from the happy hours menu (which we did not) and hence the bill amount would be different. On a positive note, the ambience is good (we used the AC section since it was a hot day) and the alcohol was done right.
