I had a negative experience at this shop. The girl at the counter was polite and I ordered a few items for 400 and change. The girl then asked me to buy a few more items so that i can avail a free Monginis coffee mug. So, I picked up a large chocolate swiss roll and asked her to pack. She took my picture along with the coffee mug.... She forgot to pack the chocolate swiss roll that I purchased and left in on the back desk. She neither gave me a bill nor did i ask for it. When I returned to the shop retrieve the item, the girl refused to give the item to me, claiming that I had only ordered a small strawberry swiss roll. I left the store without accepting the incorrect item which she offered me, feeling unsatisfied with their service. I don't think i will go back to this shop where i had such a bad experience. Very poor service. The new management which had taken this shop is very poor at service. They even don't know what are the cakes available with monginis. We have been a regular customer of monginis, particularly this shop as it is near to us. But the new franchise is very irresponsible. Something or this sort was not expected from monginis. I had written mail to monginis but didn't get any response. Monginis was a very hand name with us, but not anymore. Very much disappointed. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Service: 1
