A small but nice place with different type of desserts. They offer desserts which you normally don't find in other bakeries. Examples include chocolate cookie pie, pineapple cheesecake, biscoff strawberry pancakes, etc. This is what attracted me to the place. Service and high prices are the negative part of this cafe. The staff at the entrance told us that a big party has reserved a table and then the three of us had to adjust in a small place. However later when we saw they nobody was coming, we requested another staff member who was kinder and he readily agreed. So the reason I mentioned this in my review is to let people know that even if one staff member is rude he can make the experience for the customer less pleasant. We ordered Nutella strawberry pancakes and cookie pie overload. The pancakes were soft and the strawberry brought a good balance to the sweetness of the Nutella. The cookie pie was served with vanilla ice cream and was really sweet with a lot of chocolate inside. It is a must for chocolate lovers. In beverages, we ordered espresso shake which had the right amount of coffee flavor. This place is recommended for the unique desserts.

Very disappointed. I was genuinely excited to try their newly launched S’more dessert and had been looking forward to visiting Dessert Therapy after almost a year. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. Food at restaurant: The S’more dessert is described as marshmallow toasted between two chocolate chip cookies, served with hot chocolate. In reality: 1) We waited over 30 to 35 minutes for the dessert, while multiple tables that arrived much later were served within 2 to 3 minutes. 2) The hot chocolate was not hot at all. 3) The marshmallow appeared toasted but was somehow cold. 4) The chocolate chip cookies were ice cold, clearly taken straight out of the fridge. 5) The cookies were bulky, dry, and lacked moisture. 6) Overall, the dessert was excessively sweet to the point of being unpleasant. My teeth are hurting with the sweetness. Ambience: The ambience further added to the disappointment. 1) Our table was broken and wobbly, and the chair leg was unstable. We shifted tables, only to find the second one was also wobbly. 2) Christmas music was blaring so loudly that it was impossible to hear the person sitting across. It was not soothing at all and made conversation uncomfortable. 3) Light bulbs were also broken, which made the space feel poorly maintained. For someone who was truly excited and looking forward to a good dessert experience, this visit to Dessert Therapy was extremely disappointing. I really hope the team pays attention to consistency, service order, and basic ambience upkeep, because this was nowhere close to the experience I expected. Takeaway: I had taken a Nutella cookie as a takeaway before tasting the S’more dessert. Unfortunately, that turned out to be just as disappointing. Charging ₹200 for a single so called Nutella cookie with absolutely no Nutella in it is unacceptable. There was no filling, no spread, nothing that even remotely justified the name or the price. At this point, it feels like outright dishonesty toward customers. Considering the exorbitant pricing across the menu, the lack of quality, misleading descriptions, and poor execution make the experience feel like a complete waste of money. This is not premium pricing backed by premium quality. It is simply overcharging for poorly made desserts. Extremely disappointed with Dessert Therapy. This visit has completely changed my perception of the brand.
