This was 1 of the best brand for Bengali sweets in Malad.. fresh and always the best..off late since 6 months..during festivals..a strong essence taste is included and the freshness of cream and milk is missing..it's really pains in the throat specially for those who suffer with tonsils issue...plus the branch near Chincholi under, malad west nxt to hang out..the staff is super rude...never talks politely..always on Yr head aur kya aur kya..dnt evn give you 5 Mins to think and buy evn the store is empty with 1 or 2 cust..had bad exp during..Rakhi.. nw in Diwali..evn Gurer Paresh had strong essence added..evn the milk was like rabdi...we consumed within an hour..still the taste is missing...plz think for other options..they hv lost the charm...

sweets are good but price is high. say sandesh is rs 15 max in Kolkata but they charge 40. gulap jamun is not made with elaichi flavour in bengal but they fill with elaichi. likewise many other sweets are wasted by adding elaichi flavour. seems whatever we are eating elaichi

if Negative marking would have been there would have given that. not expected from sweet Bengal. literally they have sent both items which are stale.pathetic. would never order or buy from here onwards
