I recently visited Momo's Point with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was horrible. We ordered momos and coffee, but what we got in our coffee was a flea. I was shocked and disgusted. We immediately reported the issue to the manager, but their response was disappointing. They seemed unconcerned and blamed it on external factors. As customers, we expect a certain level of quality and care, especially when paying a premium. It's unacceptable to find foreign objects in food and drinks. The lack of attention to basic hygiene and customer satisfaction was appalling. I would not recommend Momo's Point to anyone based on this experience.
