A local attraction - Friday Mosque (Jama Masjid), which is situated beside this restaurant, is a part of the authentic culture of this city. If you are fond of Indian and Mughlai cuisines, come to Rehmatullah Hotel. To try nicely cooked chicken korma, chicken heart and chicken roti is a truly good idea. Enjoy good gulab jamun, it's quite nice.
The appealing staff shows a high level of hospitality at this place. Fine service is something that visitors highlight in their comments. Democratic prices are what you will pay for your meal. Rehmatullah Hotel in Jama Masjid is one of those rare spots that still serve truly authentic Mughlai food. The prices are so low, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back into another era! I went alone but ended up sharing a table with two friendly Malayali diners who invited me to join them — we even exchanged dishes, which made the meal all the more special. The menu is simple, precise, and no-nonsense. The mutton nihari with roti is a definite must-try, though the mutton was slightly overcooked during my visit. The service, however, is an experience of its own — brisk, slightly rude, and laced with attitude, but not in a bad way. When you’re serving that many people at once, it’s all part of the charm!
