The food was average at best, but the service was extremely disappointing. Orders were delayed, and we had to repeatedly shout just to get the food served. Very unprofessional experience. I’m surprised this place has a 4.3 rating. Definitely not recommending it

Amazing experience at Modern Grill, Paschim Vihar! Recently visited Modern Grill at Jwala Heri Market, Paschim Vihar and honestly, it was a complete vibe. The offers are crazy good – Buy 1 Get 1 Free on IMFL pegs and Buy 1 Get 2 on domestic pegs, plus all liquor bottles at MRP, which is rare to find. The ambience is beautiful, very lively, and the daily live music just makes the evening perfect. Coming to food – the Paneer Tikka was juicy, Hara Bhara Kebab was super fresh, White Sauce Pasta was creamy, and the Naan was perfectly cooked. Taste-wise, everything was top-notch! Great place to chill with friends, enjoy good food, drinks, and music. Highly recommended for West Delhi crowd! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
