Total letdown! Ordered the Fudge Brownie Shake expecting a decadent treat, but what I got was basically melted vanilla ice cream with ZERO fudge brownie bits. Not even close to the description. Super disappointing! We also ordered other items but the quality was not worth the value. Too much ice in both beverages. Deserves no star for food, and service but eventually you have select minimum 1 star to share the review. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200

The Ambiance and Seating Arrangement is amazing.I have visited mocha's nagpur outlet and had tried various items including Chocolate Avalanche which was amazing.It was worth the price and extremely delicious. It contained Chocolate Mousse, brownie, fudge and chocolate truffles topped with chocolate ice cream.When I ordered the same at mocha indore today I received it without the mousse and fudge which was clearly mentioned in the menu. When asked about it I was told that they have added mousse Icecream instead and the crumbs at the bottom was actually chocolate fudge!!
