    If I had the option to give zero stars to this place, I definitely would have. My friends and I decided to have a waffle and visited Salted Caramel, New Palasia. The moment we entered, the vibe felt off, but we still decided to give it a try and ordered a brownie ice cream waffle. When it arrived, the presentation was terrible. Upon tasting it, we realized the waffle was burnt. However, the real disappointment was the ice cream—it tasted strange, wasn’t sweet, and had a weird, slimy texture. Soon, we discovered that it was spoiled, stale, and completely inedible. We immediately informed the staff, and his response was absurd. He offered to replace it with another waffle—this time without ice cream—but we refused and left the place immediately. We didn’t create a scene because it wasn’t the staff’s fault; it was the brand serving expired and disgusting food. This was an absolutely horrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
