Koffee King is a well-known coffee brand around Indore, and they also have a branch at Chhappan Dukan. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular outlet was one of the worst. First of all, the prices are very high compared to the quantity served. We ordered only black tea, and the service was extremely poor. It honestly felt like the staff judged their service based on the value of the order — since we ordered a low-priced item, they treated us very badly. When we pointed this out, their behaviour became rude instead of apologetic. Finally, when the tea was served, the taste was terrible — so bad that we couldn’t even finish it. I’m not sure how their main branch performs, but this Chhappan Dukan outlet was a complete disappointment in terms of price, service, behaviour, and taste. My advice: if you visit Chhappan Dukan, it’s better to avoid this shop and try somewhere else.
