After visiting Maha Bodhi Society of Srilanka, come here for a meal. If you like Vegetarian cuisine, come to Fortel. It's a must to order good cordial when coming to this place.
The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Fine service is something that visitors note in their comments. Prices are found reasonable here. When inside, the ambiance is pretty. This spot has got Google 4 according to the guests' opinions.

I had a truly comfortable and pleasant stay at Fortel Hotel, Egmore, Chennai. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and professional. What made my stay especially memorable was the exceptional support from the reception team. Ms. Sheena and Ms. Vanessa were extremely welcoming, polite, and attentive. From check-in to addressing every small request, they handled everything with a smile and great professionalism. Mr. Sakthi during the night duty was supportive, courteous, and prompt in responding whenever assistance was needed. Their hospitality, positive attitude, and dedication truly reflect the high standards of the hotel. Because of this wonderful reception team, my stay became even more comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended, and I will definitely choose Fortel again during my next visit to Chennai. Service: 5
