I've been here many times and usually have a good experience, so I'm really sad to write this. Today I tried the matcha for the first time, and it was a total rip-off. First, they charged me 600 rupees for a tiny glass. It was way too expensive for what you get. But what really got me was the bill. The menu said ice cream matcha was 60 rupees extra. When I got the bill, they had charged me 159 rupees for it. That's more than double the price, and it just feels dishonest. And after all that, the matcha itself was awful. It was so bland and watery it didn't even taste like matcha—just a plain milkshake. I even complained about it, but instead of fixing it, they said I'd have to pay extra for a stronger flavor! As someone who drinks matcha all the time, this was easily the worst I've ever had. Despite requesting for a better taste and like the telling them for the price that I was a charged extra. They just argued with me and that's very disappointing. Not professional at all. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000
