Really bad service. We ordered strawberry shake yesterday and it was watery. So today also we ordered and asked them to not add ice(whats the need of ice in a shake? You can get the coolness from cold milk also) and make it thick but they still added crushed ice. It was just sugar and water. And you guys charge so high for such cheap quality with less quantity. I actually stopped drinking it for almost 7yrs because the same happened in the past with many things but when we ordered for dine in at satguruprime on 27th july ,it tasted so good so we thought you changed the work and ethics because so many items are ruined in that restaurant. Be it pav bhaji,rajma etc.. We ordered for takeaway at this branch so i dont know if they differentiate between dine in and takeaways! And its so irritating of them to ask for feedback and then start defending themselves. If u wanted to talk then why to ask for a "written" feedback and then start defending. And 2 days back my cousin had something from shreemaya rajendra nagar and she got jaundice and we thought this cant happen with shreemaya,its a hygienic place but now after all this i really doubt my opinion. Food quality has really deteriorated. Even though I specifically asked for fresh food it was stale. Food used to be so fresh and good. Now they simply pass off anything from their kitchen.. many times it’s not even what you ordered. Last 2 visits were both incredibly disappointing.. will not be visiting again. You as a restaurant really can’t get away with this bad attitude and stale food. Food: 1

I was the fan of shreemaya celebrity me and my family going there from more then 15 years. i didnt felt any service issues or quality issue till the last time i visited. I was surprised with the poor service , taste and quality. People trusted them for their service and quality of food both are decreasing. This review i am writing with sadness that i am completely dissatisfied with their new staff. The old one were much better. If i will talk about the taste, all the celebrity may be running at there own taste. That was the time when the taste are same at every celebrity. I am giving this review at vijaynagar branch but i visited all the branches 1. Madhumilan, 2. Rajendranagar. 3, vijay nagar 4. Bicholi mardana 5. Appollo db city Taste is changing and service is getting poor and poor at vijaynagar branch and rajendranagar branch too. When i went at vijaynagar branch Waiter and the attender standing at the food counter were arguing each other for serving food i dont know why it looks they were working with zero coperation. This dosent looks professional in front of customer. Please check this out and take some interest in maintaining same taste on the all branches.
