I regularly order puris for pani puri from Mithas. Earlier, the quality used to be very good, so I ordered them multiple times. However, the last time I ordered, the puris felt old and had softened. I assumed it was just a one-off issue, but when I ordered again today, it was the same. The puris were not crispy and slightly moist, which shows they were not fresh. Unfortunately, this will be my last order for puris from Mithas as the quality has dropped significantly.
