Extremely disappointed with my recent order from Mithaas, Noida Sector 63. I ordered 18 samosas for my office staff, but they were completely cold and not fresh at all. Moreover, no chutney was provided with the order.… When I called the outlet to raise a complaint, the staff spoke very rudely and unprofessionally. Instead of resolving the issue, they asked me to contact Zomato. I did not receive any proper response from Zomato either…. This was very embarrassing in front of my team and reflects poor quality as well as poor customer service. Not expected from a brand like Mithaas. Please improve your service and staff behavior.

On 25th February, I purchased 2 pkts of Suji Rusk @ Rs 70/- per packet. It’s quality is worst and rusk is stinking like anything. Very bad quality for which I need my money refunded. Failing which I will file a complaint to FSSAI. Most urgent. SP Arora
