WORST EVER EXPERIENCE AS ALWAYS. Extremely disappointing experience — and it’s not the first time! Every year we think the service might improve, but sadly nothing changes. We went this Diwali to buy sweets for pooja and faced the same rude behaviour again. When we politely asked for single sweets for pooja, the staff spoke badly and denied outright. The sweets smelled foul, clearly not fresh, and hygiene standards were very poor. It’s shocking that even after so many years, no improvement at all — same arrogance, same attitude. Totally unacceptable! Never visiting again and would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
The food and snacks at Mithas are just okay, not impressive. I've noticed a decline in quality over time. And the concern is that prices have increased, but the taste and quality haven't kept pace. Doesn't seem like a good value for money. Maybe they need to revisit their recipe or pricing strategy.
