Sent wrong items and I don't think they did it by mistake. Few days ago had an issue where the outlet called me asking me if they could send me Kaju Katli instead of the sweets I had selected due to unavailability. I asked them to cancel the order which they weren't willing to.Today they sent me Kaju Katli instead of my selected items instead of telling zomato or me that they don't update the out of stock items.Zomato being uncooperative with the complaint I raised is another issue. Terrible business tactics by both

The first experience is my last experience with this hotel... Half cooked food... missing items... several issues.... Don't fool your customers... You are surviving because of the customer's money....
