Pathetic experience for the 1st time when I visited Gangtok. Order prawns chilli, Ramen. Waited for 1 hr the order was not ready. Left the restaurant and went to another restaurant opposite side. If they need customers they should work on customer service. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We went to had lunch we found insect inside soup we inform them but they just take the same soup add some water and bring it back as if we are asking them for free.they don't even feel sorry for their mistakes.
