If you are hungry in Guwahati and you have a digestion issue, the safest bet would be ‘Mising Kitchen.’ On my recent personal trip to the Gateway to the Northeast, I made it a point to visit this gem of an ethnic eatery. On Monday (August 18, 2025), I went to to this place for my lunch. Without any confusion, I ordered the Fish Thali. All the items were tasty - especially the fish. Low on spices yet high on taste, this medium-sized restaurant is a foodie’s delight. This was my second visit to the eatery, and the third time does not seem too far away. Lovely work guys!
